Denise is a highly qualified and experienced Sound Therapist, Golden Tera Mai Reiki Master and Tera Mai Akasha Seichem Healer, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Body Therapist and Breath-work Coach. With her rich musical background through her extensive career as an international vocalist (Riverdance, Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra etc.) and passion, dedication, creativity and sensitivity to energy she naturally integrates both into her healing practices. This creates deeply immersive and authentic soundscapes in her Sound Baths and wellness events.

As a Meditation Teacher, Denise trained with renowned mentor Davidji with whom she collaborated on his European retreat tour in 2024. Denise was also a meditation teacher curating and guiding meditations for the Soul Space Community. Renowned psychologist and wellness coach Gerry Hussey and Wellness Coach Miriam Hussey invited Denise to perform at their Awaken Your Power Within events both in the National Concert hall and at The Helix,Dublin.
