Meditation & Breath-work

 

Denise offers Meditation and Breathwork as part of her Soundbath Wellness Events and by appointment. This can also be added onto a Reiki Healing treatment or Sound treatment.

Meditation is a practice of gently turning inward - calming the mind, grounding the body, and connecting with the present moment. It invites stillness and awareness, helping us to move beyond the noise of daily life and into a space of inner peace and clarity. 

Through breath, silence or guided focus, meditation supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and deep relaxation. Over time, it can help reduce stress, enhance self awareness, and create a greater sense of connection - both within ourselves and with the world around us.
